Where does the Astonish Store ship from?

The Astonish Store's shipping warehouse is located in Orlando, Florida.

Does the Astonish Store accept international orders?

We sure do!. During the checkout process, be sure to specify your address, province, and country.ÊInternational shipping rates and time frames differ from those of domestic orders.

Does the Astonish Store accept PayPal?

Currently the Astonish Store does not accept Paypal as a form of payment.Ê

What is a "Promo Code" or "Coupon Code", and where do I get one?

The Astonish Store issues these discount codes for customers to receive discounts on their online order. They can be redeemed during the checkout process.ÊThese codes are issued in many places; however, the easiest way to earn them is to join you favorite Astonish artist's Street Team.

How can I pay for my order in the Astonish Store?

The Astonish Store currently accepts the following methods of payment:

1. Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express)
2. Money Order / Cashiers Check

We do not accept Paypal, cash, personal checks, or any non-U.S. currency.

How do I place an order with a money order?

To place your order, go through the process of ordering on the website until you get to the order total page.ÊPrint two copies of that page, then send one copy along with a money order or cashiers check for the total to:

To complete your order, email help@astonish.com with your order details so that we can process your order.ÊOnce payment is received, your item will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email.

NOTE: We do not recommend paying with money orders, as we can't guarantee how long it will take for us to fulfill your order, or if the item(s) will be in stock by the time it reaches us.ÊFor best results, we recommend that you order online with a credit card.

Can I fax my order?

Yes*. Please fax 407.354.5630 with the following information:

  1. Billing information (address, phone, name, email)
  2. Shipping information (address, phone, name)
  3. Payment information (payment type and details)
  4. Desired item (size, color, name, vendor)

NOTE: We cannot guarantee items ordered by fax to be in stock due to the fact that an item can be marked out of stock between the time you place the order and the time we process it.ÊWe strongly recommend placing your order online.

My credit card is being denied. Why?

Here are the reasons why your card might be denied:

1. The credit card company processing your card, for whatever reason, has deemed that there are not enough funds or too many transactions on your account to process this order. You will need to contact your credit card or bank company to resolve the problem.

2. The credit card information you entered did not pass our Billing Address Verification Check. When we check a card for available funds, we also check to make sure that the billing address of the card matches what the user entered exactly. This is one way that we protect our customers from fraud. If the billing address doesn't match, the order gets declined.

I keep trying to place my order, but it's not going through. Why?

Make sure you have filled out all of the fields, including the country we'll be shipping to. If you still have problems, email help@astonish.com with a description of your problem and we'll look into your specific case.

How long will it be until my order ships?

Although shipping times are determined by the region, we will ship your order between 5-15 business days after it's placed. International shipping times can vary and will be determined after your order is placed.

It's been a long time and I still haven't received my order. What should I do?

Email help@astonish.com with your concern and your order number. When you ordered, you were directed to a page where you were prompted to print your receipt. The order number is on that page. Once you email us, we will contact you to resolve the issue.

How do I know if the item I want is in stock?

There is an availability chart on each product description page that has our accurate and up-to-date inventory.

What should I do if I received my order in the mail and it's incorrect?

The Astonish Store does not do returns; however, we do exchange items that have not been washed, worn, or damaged if the incident is reported within 14 days of the item's ship date.ÊPlease email help@astonish.com with the problem and your order number immediately.ÊYou can then ship the item back to us with a note explaining the mistake AND your order number at:

What should I do if I've received my order, but I ordered the wrong size?

The Astonish Store does not do returns; however, we do exchange items that have not been washed, worn, or damaged if the incident is reported within 14 days of the item's ship date. The Astonish Store will exchange items ONLY if the postage for return shipping is included in the package we receive from you. Also please make sure that the Astonish Store has your desired size in stock before you exchange your item. Please email help@astonish.com with your desired exchange and your order number immediately.ÊYou can then ship the item back to us with a note explaining the mistake AND your order number at:

I hate spam mail! You're not going to use my personal information for anything else, are you?

Absolutely not. We use your information for shipping purposes only, and your email to contact you if there is an issue with your order. Your credit card number is stored in an encrypted secure format. The Astonish Store will have access to your email so that we can contact you with announcements about new store items; however, if you wish to be taken off that mailing list, simply email help@astonish.com.

What is a card code?

The card code is a three- or four-digit number located on the back of credit cards and bank cards. This number is an added fraud protection feature used for online or over-the-phone purchases.
